  • I will teach you some key tricks to an Allergy-Free party spread that will be enjoyed by kids and adults alike!
  • No one will be left out! The best kept secret is none of your guests will know, unless you tell them!
  • You will get to taste them all!


NOTE: ​Materials fee is paid in cash to the instructor, and will range between $8.00-$12.00. (You will be eating all of the class work. Yum, Yum!!)


About Michelle Colvin:

I love to food!  Healthy home-cooked fresh meals and snacks the way I grew up.  Learning to cook at a very young age from my Grandmother and Mother, it’s what you do we’re Italian!  Little did I know it would be my saving grace, for over 12 years my children and I have found a way to eat the recipes we love, while working with multiple food intolerances and allergies.

Adding to the pressure for food excellence, one of my girls was born on the Autism Spectrum Disorder, though you’d never know it by seeing her today.  My other daughter became very ill, only to discover she has Chronic Lyme Disease, Mycoplasma and Babesiosis (tick-born co-infections of Lyme disease).

While this was the most challenging time of my life, it was also the most rewarding!  I did something about it and became a Certified Holistic Nutritionist.

​As a Certified Holistic Nutritionist I refuse to settle when it comes to matters of our health.  As a wife and mother, I refuse to settle on TASTE—and you and your family shouldn’t have to either. 

It has become my passion to help families, like ours, to enjoy and achieve the same success!
