CNHP COMMUNITY CLASSROOM is excited to present Connecticut’s own Terry Walters for informative and delicious Clean Food classes. Get inspired this holiday season!

Session 1:  A CLEAN FOOD primer in which Terry will lay the foundation for making healthy choices and setting yourself up for success and good health. You’ll learn all about pantry basics.

  • Date: November 8, 2017 12pm – 1pm

Session 2: EAT YOUR VEGGIES! This class will provide an overview of the many different categories that make this the largest food category to focus on for optimal health. Terry will introduce the ideas of seasonal preparations and will demonstrate a recipe that you’ll be able to sample.

  • Date: November 29, 2017, 12pm-1pm

Session 3: FERMENTATION and your HEALTHY GUT: This class focuses on the cornerstone to improving our health, our focus, our energy and our immune system – the GUT!  Fermentation is a traditional food preparation method that gets more nutrition and beneficial bacteria out of our food.  Includes demonstration and tasting.
