In this two session workshop;
- Learn how to break the habitual connection to the mind/body stress response.
- Gain, through in-class experience, simple everyday techniques that can decompress the tension and mental busyness dominating your everyday life.
- Feel a sense of ownership and peace during each class session as you are guided through a meditative state of hypnosis.
In this healing state you are in complete control, as you are guided to experience how the conscious and subconscious minds and the body can work together to release old patterns of stress and anxiety while bringing you back to your natural, balanced self.
