Dr. Carolina Padilla
Dr. Carolina Padilla graduated as a Microbiologist and Cell Scientist with extra certifications in Chemistry from the University of Florida. After receiving her bachelor’s degree she went on to pursuit her lifelong dream of becoming a Naturopathic Doctor. She obtained her doctorate degree from University of Bridgeport where she graduated with honors and received awards as best clinician of her class.
Since graduation from UB, Dr. Padilla took an entrepreneurial route with her husband delivering naturopathic medicine to clients in the US as well other parts of the world with a focus on women and pediatric health.
Dr. Padilla has received additional breastfeeding support certifications through University of Virginia, School of Medicine and the Virginia Department of Health allowing her to help mothers through the entire process from fertility into motherhood.
Dr. Padilla is licensed in the state of Connecticut and specializes in nutrition, women’s health, pre and postnatal care, pediatrics, breastfeeding support at Collaborative Natural Health Partners. “My role is to teach and guide you through the complex process of change and prevention. I guide you step by step to your optimal wellness by showing you how to be aware of your body, its needs, your mind, and your environment. I’ll give you the right set of tools and knowledge and you will be ready to live a healthier and more fulfilling life.”
She is a mother of 2 girls and is married to Dr. Manuel Orta a local pediatrician. She enjoys gardening with her family, hiking, and teaching her girls about nature. She is a serious foodie and enjoys cooking and making new healthy recipes.
